I assembled these cute parfaits for my kids a few nights ago, in about 3 minutes. I used the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola that we made a few days ago. The boys loved them so much, they asked me to make them again and take a picture to share with you.
They were so excited with their “fancy” dessert and I love that such a simple treat made them smile.

PB Chocolate Chip Granola Parfaits
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
- 4 small bananas
- 1 cup Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola
Instructions
- Spoon ¼ cup yogurt into the bottom of each small bowl. Slice half the bananas over the yogurt and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of granola. Divide the remaining yogurt between the bowls and top with the rest of the bananas. Sprinkle with the last of the granola. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
