Sweet and just a little bit spicy, these Honey Sriracha Chicken Bites disappeared lightning fast. Tender, bite size chunks of chicken cook in just minutes and then are tossed with an irresistible sticky glaze.
Some of the best things about blogging are the friendships I’ve made over the past few years. After “knowing” each other online for a couple years, I met Erin with Dinners, Dishes, and Desserts last summer in Miami. We had a heck of a lot fun laughing, eating, and hanging out together. That was the same trip when I finally met my friend Rebecca, whose mouthwatering recipes make frequent appearances in my kitchen.
When I saw Rebecca’s recipe for Honey Sriracha Chicken Bites a few weeks ago, (and especially when Rebecca texted me to say her boys were going nuts over it!) I knew that I’d be making them for dinner soon.
In the spirit of our mutual friendships, I’m hanging out over at Dinners, Dishes, and Desserts today and sharing my take on Rebecca’s recipe with you there. My kids all gave this chicken two thumbs up and we’ve made it again already!

Weird, Pinterest won't let me pin this. It said it blocked this link because it may lead to spam. I've followed your blog and pinned many things, never got any SPAM. I took a screenshot if you need it but I figure you are already on top of working this out and it was just a mistake.

Hey Chris,
Thanks for trying to pin this one. Unfortunately, Pinterest had a glitch last week and several bloggers I know were caught up in their mistake. Everything has been fixed now, so pin away. 😉
Have a great week!
