Win two of my favorite baking sheet pans (18″x13″ heavy duty half sheet pans) in the second of TEN FUN GIVEAWAYS this holiday season! I use these trays at least once, if not several times a day. They’re used for everything from roasting vegetables, to making nachos, and serving salads. Naturally, they are perfect for baking cakes and cookies too.
When I tell you that these trays are the work horses in my kitchen, believe me. Heck, I even use a few of the most battered (and beloved!) ones as photography props. This is the pan I reach for more than any other pan in the kitchen. These sheet pans are virtually indestructible. Whether I am slow roasting meats for hours at a time, baking cookies, or quickly broiling at high temperatures, my pans have never warped or bent in any way.
If you check out my Instagram, you’ll see dozens of snapshots of the trays in action. On their own or lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper, they are the ultimate baking surface. Drop a sturdy wire rack into the pan and you have a great roasting pan. With a lid over the top, the tray is perfect for transporting almost any food.
Sort beans on the tray. Chill leftover rice for fried rice. Flash freeze fruits, vegetables, breads, meats, cookie dough. Paint the tray with pudding and your baby has food-safe finger-paint to play with for as long as you want to keep him at the table. Are you seeing where I’m going with this? If you can name a way to use these trays, we’ve probably done that.
All you need to do to be entered to win is leave a comment telling me what you would do with these trays. Don’t forget to check the box for the giveaway as well, so that I’ll be able to contact you! Giveaway ends on Sunday, November 9 at 11:59pm EST. No purchase necessary. Must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the U.S to enter.
