10 Summer Salads (ready to eat in 10 minutes or less!) recipes by Barefeet In The Kitchen

The heat has arrived with a vengeance here in Phoenix. In honor of our crazy weather, I’ve gathered my favorite quick and easy salads to keep the kitchen cool this summer.

I love a great salad in the summertime, but often I don’t even want to spend the time chopping, slicing, dicing, or whatever else may be involved. Every one of these salads goes from prep to plate in ten minutes or less.

These are perfect main dishes and side dishes for nights when you want to spend as little time as possible standing in the kitchen!

be still my heart….love love love summer salads. I am not a salad maker by nature. I'll fuss over a muffin recipe, but then i'm too lazy to chop up a few things for a salad. But I love to eat them, just not to make them. I want to try ever single one of these! I've pinned. Hopefully I will make a few 😉
