    My wife made the corned beef for our annual St. Patrick's day dinner. The best corned beef I have ever eaten. The only problem the recipe calls for a 3 or 4 lbs corned beef and there is no way you'll have leftovers and with as good as this corned beef is you'll want leftovers.
