50+ Soup and Stew Recipes

Are you ready for cooler temperatures? I am gearing up for the soups and stews that make regular appearances on our table throughout the fall and winter. The weather is finally cooling off and I'm looking forward to some long awaited fall foods. Despite the fact the forecast here in the southwest is still over 100 degrees for the rest of the week, I keep reminding myself that fall is on the way.

One of my favorite things about this list of recipes is that many of them can be made from start to finish in less than half an hour. I like to keep soups in the freezer for simple lunches and easy dinners. If the soup reheats nicely from the freezer, I've made a note at the bottom of the recipe.
