To kick off a season of more intentional eating, I’ve rounded up an enormous collection of paleo recipesPaleo eating is much more simple than it might seem at first glance.

If you’re anything like me, you likely cook meals quite often that fall into the category of paleo eating without even realizing it. The main foods are simply meat, vegetables, and fruits. (That’s a very simplified paleo nutshell, so don’t quote me!)

Enter your email and I’ll send this recipe right to your inbox! Plus, I’ll send you new recipes every week!

The recipes below include everything from main dishes made with beef, chicken, pork, or seafood to side dishes with countless vegetables, even some snacks, and a few less indulgent sweet treats.

Along with the paleo lifestyle, the Whole30 eating plan has grown in popularity over the past few years. Most of these recipes will fall into that way of eating. There are no special ingredients required for these recipes.

Some of the recipes below include butter. If you are following strict Paleo eating, simply swap coconut oil for the butter in these recipes. If the recipe mentions cornstarch, arrowroot can be substituted.

If I have included ingredients here that are not recommended for the specific paleo food plan that you follow; feel free to adjust or skip that recipe. I use balsamic vinegar and soy sauce on a regular basis in my recipes, both of which are debated ingredients amongst the paleo crowd.
Again, feel free to skip those recipes if the ingredients don’t work for you. Some of the recipes below are pictured served on rice; however, I typically skip the rice and we eat the meat and vegetables on their own.

I hope that these recipes both inspire you and motivate you to get back in the kitchen and feed yourself fabulously! For more information on the paleo diet and lifestyle and for even more great recipes, I’ve included a list of paleo-focused food blogs at the end of this post.

Wow Mary, this looks like a lot of work and I'm sure it will be appreciated by many. As for me, I must live under a rock as I've never heard of Paleo cooking and had to look it up. We don't hear much from the outside world down here in the country :-). But it sounds interesting and we'll give some of the recipes a try.

I have always passed up recipes that said "Paleo" thinking that was some strange died or something. Ignorance on my part!

I found so many of these recipes are prepared like I would normally cook. Thanks for a great variety of recipes! Pinned a lot of them!!

These are great recipes and I don't mean to be negative but I'm adapting a few of them to adhere more closely to the paleo diet, as many of these require ingredients that are not paleo-friendly. ***

You're not being negative at all. I mentioned above that there are several exceptions here for foods that we still eat and all of these recipes are very easily adaptable for stricter Paleo eating. 🙂 I'm glad you like the recipes!
