I discovered a forgotten bag of frozen raspberries in the back of my freezer and I couldn’t resist turning them into an impromptu smoothie for my boys’ snack.
This was not as sweet a smoothie as I anticipated and I liked the slight tartness from the berries. I will be picking up more frozen raspberries soon, so that I can include them in future smoothies.

Sure is a beautiful color and I'd like one for breakfast please. I'd never heard of chia seeds, but just posted about a restaurant named Chia's – I feel some research coming on.

I'm so interested in chia seeds, can you use them in breads and things like that, are they like sesame seeds or poppy seeds? All I know is that I used to have a chia pet when I was little, do they still have those? (Lots of questions in this comment;)
