Caramel Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake Smoothie

Caramel Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake Smoothie recipe by Barefeet In The KitchenPeanut Butter Banana Ice Cream is one of my boys' favorite easy treats. When I made caramel sauce the other day, I couldn't resist making a milkshake that would include all of those ingredients in a quick and easy dessert. It was delicious and a huge hit with every member of the family.
