Blueberry Banana Coconut Chia Smoothie recipe by Barefeet In The Kitchen

With some coconut water left in the fridge after making Coconut Lemon Sours, I couldn’t resist trying it out in a smoothie. I loved this!

Pineapple Mango Smoothie, a refreshingly delicious and naturally sweet kid-approved green vegetable and fruit smoothie.

Light and refreshing, this was a a great snack. You can adjust the thickness as desired by adding more or less water.

yum I could definitely go for a smoothie now. Using coconut water sounds like a good idea, you get the flavor without heavy fattiness of coconut milk.

Linda, I am getting there, slowly but surely. All of the new recipes should have them and I am getting through the rest of them. Adding estimated Nutritionals is a manual process. So if you come across one you want Nutritionals on just leave a comment on it like you did here and I will likely be able to get it added within 24-48 hours. Thank you so much for the feedback.
