Orange Grape Banana Kale Smoothie
1 1/2 cups orange juice, freshly squeezed if you have extra oranges in the house
2 large leaves kale (stems removed if your blender is not powerful enough to puree them completely)
1 cup green grapes, frozen is best for the perfect texture
1 large banana
Layer into the blender as listed above and puree until completely smooth. With any green smoothie, it is important to puree long enough for everything to be completely incorporated. Enjoy!
