Mango, Kiwi, Peach and Spinach Smoothie recipe by Barefeet In The Kitchen

A friend gave us a few absolutely enormous mangoes the other day and my oldest son wanted to use one in a smoothie. He came up with all of these ingredients and he was so very proud of himself when it turned out well. (A few of his smoothie creations have turned out less than wonderful.)

This was a delicious smoothie and definitely a great one to try if you have lots of fruit already in the house! I really enjoyed this combination.

Mango, Kiwi, Peach and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 generous handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 huge mango or 2 regular size mangoes peeled and sliced off the core
  • 2 large kiwis peeled
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 medium size peach cut in quarters, core removed
  • 1 cup of ice

Instructions

  • Layer the ingredients into the blender in the order listed. Using fresh ingredients will create a smoother more juice like smoothie. Using frozen bananas, peaches or mangoes will create a thicker more milkshake like consistency. Enjoy!
