Spring Salad with Poppyseed Dressing recipe by Barefeet In The Kitchen

My family loves poppyseed salad dressing. When I saw this salad recipe on Jen’s blog last week, I knew I’d be trying it soon.

It was excellent! It was the perfect balance of tangy and sweet. I am simply thrilled to have a great homemade poppyseed dressing recipe at last.

The dressing is amazing on stone fruit salads as well.

I've never tried that, Donna. It's worth a shot. I'd reduce the milk slightly to compensate for the thinner consistency. If you try it, let me know how it works out.
